Water Holes Canyon is located 10km south of the town of Page in Navajo Nation, Arizona, USA. A permit is required by tribal park regulation to visit this canyon. You can obtains this permit at Leeche-e Navajo parks office 4km south of Page. The photo below was taken in the upper Water Holes canyon. The lower section of this canyon (beyond road bridge on Hwy 89) is a technical section with several rappel and a big dropoff about 110 meters before the confluence with the Colorado River.
