L'Arche du Grand Manti

This arch is located on the imposing cliff of Grand Manti in Chartreuse Regional Natural Park in Isere department of France. The arch has a measured span of 8.5 meters. Approach this arch require several rappel (over 30 meters of height), steep slope climbing or ascending and person accustomed on route finding. The author would like to thank Rafael Rodon (silhouetted on the arch) for having led an arch hunter team through an enduring and dense fog along the cliff bar where is perched the arch. The trip was challenging for route finding as well as for locate the hidden site of the arch due to the bad conditions mentionned above. Raf never failed in leading this adventurous trip. The lower left circle on the second photo show the arch location. The upper left circle show L'Arche de Pic. The top right circle is Double Arche du Trefle.
