This arch is located on the upper Sheets Gulch, one of the four narrow canyons which drains west from Waterpocket Fold in Capitol Reef National Park. From the sign "Sheets Gulch" on Notom- Bullfrog unpaved road, hike up the wash, then the gulch 3 miles to visit this arch located on the right rim. Sometimes, the visitor can be confronted with deep pothole of water on this hike which can not be bypassing but no rope is necessery for this trip.
