The Causse Mejean is the highest of the four Grands Causses with an altitude of over 1000 meters above sea level. It's the most barren and isolated with spectacular overlooks on scenic canyons of Tarn and Jonte Rivers and surrounded by delightful village of Le Rozier. It's also the home of numerous soaring vultures. The Causse Mejean is housing some great arches like the biggest Baous del Biel, the remarkable closest trio of Arcs de St-Pierre and the wonderful free-standing Arcade des Bergers.
