L'Arche de l'Istier

This double natural arch is located on Combe de l'istier on the side of Plateau de Bure on Devoluy massif in Hautes-Alpes department of France. The upper entrance of the  main opening has an estimated  diameter about 12 meters. Access to the arch required specific mountaineering material to down climbing exposed section. The author would like to thanks Pascal Sombardier and Patrick Adam for their help about the trip to the arch.
