From the junction of highways 163 and 191 in Bluff (midway between Moab UT and Monument Valley AZ), drive south highway 191 for 5.8 mile and park by a culvert on the side of the road. From the culvert, hike cross country northeast for 2 mile first on the flat toward the eroded cliff, then up Window Rock Canyon to the arch located up on the cliff to the rignt. This arch is located at "natural arch" on the 7.5 topographic map "White Rock Point" UT.
