Between the park entrance and Island-in-the-Sky visitor center, turn left into Shafer Canyon overlook road. Drive Shafer Canyon Trail 4 mile down canyon (switchbacks) to the junction with White Rim and Potash Roads. Turn right on White Rim 4wd road and drive 2.3 mile to the sign "Musselman Arch". The arch is located 300 meters on the side of the rim. The arch has a span of 120 feet (36 meters).
