Eagle Arch is located on the topographic map "Spotted Wolf Canyon" at "Natural Arch" on the top of the San Rafael Reef. The arch was visited by few people until now due to its difficult approach. To get to, the visitor should be able to climb a long and inclined steep ramp of white rock. The opening is visible with binocular from the base of the reef. It is best to know where is your goal before attempt this trip. The photo was taken during the 2004 NABS convention from a vantage point rappel.
