L'Arche du Villaret

This bautiful natural arch is located near the hamlet of Le Villaret on the side of the Causse de Changefège in Lozère department of France. The opening has an estimated span or height of 8 meters. David Brandt-Erichsen (webmaster of the Natural Arch and Bridge Society and the author stands on the top of the arch for scale. This photo was taken on the final day of the 1999 NABS France Convention - Grands Causses Tour.
