L'Arche aux Jonquilles

L'Arche aux Jonquilles (Daffodil Arch) is located on the side of "Montagne de Glandasse" (Glandasse Mountain) above "Cirque d'Archiane" near the village of Menée, Drome department of France. The beautiful arch has a measured span of 17.5 meters and a light opening about 8.8 meters. Pascal Sombardier and Denis H. inside the span give the scale. It appears that this arch was undocumented to the public until two enthousiast hikers, Francois Lannes and Scal found an access for visiting the opening in spring 2008.
